Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
\nA. Strategy & Market Growth:
\nFormulate and implement a robust Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for the E-Mobility, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and Industrial sectors.
\nAnalyze and track emerging trends in the green technology and battery landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
\nDrive international business expansion, leveraging their presence in markets such as Singapore, the USA, and Malaysia.
\nB. Team Development & Leadership:
\nBuild, coach, and lead a dynamic team spanning Sales, Business Development, and Digital Marketing functions.
\nDefine clear KPIs, revenue targets, and performance metrics to foster a high-performance, outcome-oriented culture.
\nC. Strategic Partnerships (B2B):
\nOwn and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including leading OEMs (electric 2W/3W manufacturers), large industrial groups, and defense organizations.
\nSpearhead high-value negotiations for long-term contracts, including tailored and solution-based agreements.
\nD. Brand & Digital Marketing:
\nDrive the company s positioning as a technology-first battery solutions provider.
\nCollaborate with marketing to elevate digital visibility, strengthen lead generation via platforms like LinkedIn and industry events, and promote technical thought leadership through content marketing.
\nRequired Qualification:-
\nPreferred candidate should have an academic background in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration from reputed institutions, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
\nShould possess 10 15+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity within industries such as Electric Vehicles (EV), Batteries, Power Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
