Job Description
Job Purpose
1. Drive sales growth of solar products through distributor training and customer engagement.
2. Expand the dealer and distributor network by onboarding high-potential partners from the solar industry and competitors.
3. Build long-term trust with channel partners to ensure Loom Solar remains their first choice for solar solutions.
Primary Responsibilities

- Meet retail shops, solar dealers, and distributors daily (minimum 10 visits) to promote Loom Solar products.
\n - Conduct cold calling to prospective solar dealers/customers to generate new business opportunities.
\n - Develop a strong dealer network by generating leads and converting them into active partners.
\n - Negotiate with dealers to position Loom Solar as their preferred brand, ensuring competitive edge over other solar companies.
\n - Prepare and share customized quotations for solar product orders.
\n - Update all visits, leads, and sales data in the company’s sales application.
\n - Respond to dealer queries promptly to build strong relationships.
\n - Ensure 30 days’ stock availability with channel partners to support smooth order fulfillment.
\n - Track distributor/dealer stock movement and secondary/tertiary sales of solar products.
\n - Conduct dealer/distributor training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and trust.

Qualifications & Skills

- Any Graduate.

2–5 years of experience in solar product sales / channel sales / electrical product sales.
\n - Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and rooftop solar solutions.
\n - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n - Willingness to travel extensively to meet dealers and distributors.
\n - Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about renewable energy.
