Job Description

- Implement and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. \n
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. \n
- Develop and deliver HSSE training programs to enhance awareness and competence among employees and contractors. \n
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. \n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSSE activities and compliance requirements. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and sustainability. \n
- Monitor environmental performance and implement measures to minimize environmental impact. \n
- Support emergency preparedness and response planning to ensure readiness for any potential incidents. \n\n
- A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. \n
- Proven knowledge of HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices in the energy and natural resources sector. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address safety and environmental challenges effectively. \n
- Experience in conducting training sessions and promoting safety awareness. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a power generation environment. \n
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure clear reporting and compliance.
