\nJob Responsibilities
\nExperience in managing Performance Campaigns - CPC,
\n CPL, and more via Google, Facebook, and Affiliates.
\n Should have excellent experience in generating quality
\n leads to drive business.
\n Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in managing
\n digital performance campaigns.
\n Should have formulated and implemented digital campaigns
\n PAN India.
\n Must be highly skilled in digital content creation.
\n Experience in SEO, SMO, etc.
\n Experience in Reputation Management on social media
\n platforms – FB, Glassdoor, Mouthshut, etc.
\n Design and implement a PAN India ATL strategy—outdoor,
\n print, hoardings, radio, and TV.
\n Must have an excellent understanding of aesthetics and
\n creative aspects in releasing print ads.
\n Must have good exposure in releasing Radio and TV ads.
\n Must have good experience in developing and updating all
\n promotional materials, including sales aids, brochures,
\n posters, standees, signage, etc.
\n Run BTL Campaigns
\n Guaranteeing the quality of all branding materials
\n according to specifications.
\n Manage Creative, Digital, and PR Agencies, etc.
\n Monitor competition activities and develop suitable
\n strategies
\n Coordinate blog writer, social calendars, influencer
\n partnerships, and affiliate programs
\n Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive
\n landscape to inform strategy
\n Identify new market segments and growth opportunities
\n Track KPIs, optimize campaign performance, and report
\n marketing ROI to leadership
