Consulting Delivery Lead

We are currently seeking a Consulting Delivery Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

1. Consulting Leadership & Client Advisory
\n • Act as the consulting lead for Digital Workplace engagements, owning delivery quality, client outcomes, and stakeholder management
\n • Run discovery workshops with IT and business stakeholders to identify pain points, priorities, and transformation objectives
\n • Develop executive-ready outputs: strategy decks, business cases, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps
\n • Advise on workplace product/platform choices and operating models aligned to security, compliance, and employee experience outcomes

2. Workplace Maturity Assessments & Roadmaps
\n • Lead end-to-end Digital Workplace maturity assessments covering people, process, technology, and service experience
\n • Assess current state across endpoint engineering, collaboration, identity, service management integration, and DeX
\n • Define target state, reference architecture, and multi-wave roadmap with dependencies, risks, and benefits
\n • Establish XLA-aligned measurement frameworks and KPIs to track progress and value realization

3. Professional Services Delivery (Implementation & Transformation)
\n • Lead professional services engagements from initiation through closure: scope, plan, deliver, govern, and transition to operations
\n • Manage delivery teams (consultants/engineers/architects) and ensure quality, risk, and timeline adherence
\n • Drive migrations and transformations (e.g., M365/Teams adoption, UEM modernization, endpoint standardization, security uplift)
\n • Ensure strong program governance: RAID, change control, status reporting, and executive steering updates
\n 4. Portfolio Development, Presales & Offerings
\n • Support presales by shaping solutions, defining scope, estimating effort, and contributing to proposals and statements of work (SoW)
\n • Develop reusable assessment frameworks, accelerators, templates, and playbooks for Digital Workplace consulting
\n • Contribute to GTM assets and thought leadership (case studies, whitepapers, point-of-view content)
\n • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and expanding reusable assets across the portfolio

5. Stakeholder Management & Governance
\n • Engage senior client stakeholders (CIO/Head of Workplace/Head of Security) with clear recommendations and outcomes
\n • Coordinate with delivery, operations, and partner teams to ensure end-to-end success and operational readiness
\n • Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements in all consulting and professional services deliverables
