PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant

We are currently seeking a PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

We are seeking versatile PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional with Oracle Fusion HCM or Workday experience to manage PeopleSoft System to SaaS applicatinos. Position requires actively work with Business and Technical team for Mapping excercise, Oracle Practice, PeopleSoft upgrades, PeopleSoft Data Conversion activities .

Responsibilities:

• Support existing PeopleSoft Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation modules for Technical and Functional activities

• Lead, Manage and support PeopleSoft PUM or Tools upgrades.
\n
• Perform System analysis and technical support for existing HCM modules
\n
• Perform existing customization analysis
\n
• Participate in Data Mapping and configuration activities
\n
• Update Mapping Workbooks for Configurations in workday
\n
• Create DGW workbooks
\n
• Design and build PeopleSoft Conversion programs - Queries, App Engines or SQRs to extract, transform
\n
• Support Conversion and Workday Test activities
\n
• Support Data Loads into Workday
\n
• Support PeopleSoft PUM Image Upgrades, Customization Analysis and retrofits
\n
• Build and support AI Agents for use cases
\n

Required Experience:

\n
• 5+ years in PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional
\n
• 5+ years in PeopleSoft 9.2 Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Advanced compensation, Absence Management
\n
• 5+ years in PeopleSoft Technical writing Queries, App Engines, SQRs, Database Queries
\n
• Experience in Integration Broker, Workflows, Fluid and AWE
\n
• Strong experience writing Oracle SQL Queries and understanding of base tables and relationships
\n
• 2 to 3+ years experience in Oracle Fusion or Workday Implementation or Support
\n
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
\n
