We are seeking a dynamic, visionary cybersecurity leader to spearhead our Pre Sales & Solutions function. This role is pivotal in shaping our cybersecurity practice, driving solution innovation, and enhancing our strategic positioning across verticals and geographies.
\nStrategic Leadership & Practice Development

- Shape and scale the cybersecurity presales strategy, aligning it with market dynamics and enterprise client needs similar to Toptal s approach in building scalable solution capabilities \n
- Drive growth in cybersecurity service offerings, including Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA), Zero Trust Architecture, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, SecOps, SOC, and Compliance & Risk. \n
End-to-End Solutioning & Engagement

- Collaborate across sales teams to lead solution scoping, workshops, and technical presentations building bespoke architectures that weave business challenges with cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions \n
- Own the design and execution of Proofs of Concept (PoCs), technical demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses tailored to client environments \n
Client Advisory & Thought Leadership

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients engaging with key stakeholders including C-level executives to bridge technical insights and business value \n
- Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends and competitor landscapes to inform market positioning and drive innovation \n
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

- Collaborate closely with product, delivery, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless deployment of solutions and continuous improvement of offerings \n
- Mentor and guide the presales team building technical capability and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation \n
Qualifications & Experience:
\n- \n
- 8 15+ years in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in pre-sales leadership or solution architecture roles, particularly in areas like IAM, Zero Trust, SOC, Cloud Security, and Risk & Compliance \n
- Deep domain expertise in key cybersecurity domains: IAM/IGA, Zero Trust Architecture, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, SecOps/SOC, Compliance & Risk. \n
- Proven ability to lead PoCs, technical proposal development, and RFP/RFI processes in enterprise sales cycles. \n
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills capable of conveying complex cybersecurity solutions to both technical and executive audiences. \n
- Relevant technical and leadership certifications preferred e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP or vendor-specific credentials (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, AWS/Azure Security, Zero Trust platforms) \n
