Job Description

Deep experience in ServiceNow ITAM implementations and best practices, with a minimum of 10+ years in a similar role.
\n Proven track record of successfully leading and contributing to ServiceNow projects and transformations.
\n Understanding of different project and service methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL.
\n High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
\n Extensive process experience in ITSM, HAM, SAM & Discovery
\n Possess foundational certifications in ServiceNow administration, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent. Implementation experience and certifications in HAM & SAM
\n Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow technical skills, including:
\n Experience with ServiceNow integrations and API usage.
\n Familiarity with MID Server configuration and management.
\n Experienced with CMDB & Discovery configurations
\n Experienced with Asset Discovery, Asset Onboarding, Asset Inventory & Tagging, License Metering
\n Experienced with IRE config, HAM & SAM foundation data( Model/categories, Product/Stockroom etc) & ITAM configuration(asset relaionships, catalog templates etc)
\n Process understanding of asset(hardware & software) lifecycle management
\n Configuration and customization of forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
\n Scripting languages such as JavaScript and Jelly for developing and enhancing ServiceNow functionalities.
\n Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical issues for various stakeholders.
\n High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
\n Proven ability to mentor and lead junior developers within the ServiceNow environment.
\n Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage conflict, negotiate successful outcomes, and prioritize conflicting priorities."
