\n YOU LL BE BASED AT: Bengaluru

\n YOU LL BE A MEMBER OF: Corporate Finance & Accounts
\n WHAT YOU LL DO:
\n Be a key member of the Finance Controllership Team and primarily be responsible for managing day to day and period end accounting of Plant operation
\n Handle inventory valuation and consumption accounting
\n Support Record to Report team for financial reporting by reconciling and maintaining workings of Cost of production, purchase and inventory valuation in compliance with Ind AS
\n Build scalable ERP platforms with strong ICFR framework in Fixed assets and inventory management
\n Manage statutory audit for Plant operations (Limited reviews and Final)
\n Actively manage sub-processes of Inventory, Fixed Asset capitalization and Plant related expenditure. This includes end to end ownership from process and reporting perspective
\n Run material vendor reconciliation routines; build strong internal controls for day-to-day compliances, audits etc. and periodic attestations/testing
\n Represent the function in all business meetings to ensure compliance with accounting, controls, reconciliation and reporting
\n Lead and manage submissions for secretarial, tax audit and tax assessment engagements and litigations
\n Be a core team of the due-diligence projects for fund (equity/debt) raising, rating agencies
\n Manage litigations and handle external authorities together with external experts
\n Visit Plant at least two days in a week for meetings and manage the operations
\n HERE S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
\n In-depth experience of Accounting processes with prior experience of IND-AS reporting
\n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
\n Experience in Plant controllership/accounting in a listed manufacturing company
\n Experience in accounting applications SAP, BPC, Oracle, etc
\n Ability to build successful relationship across stakeholders
\n Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within strict timelines
\n WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
\n A Chartered accountant
\n Relevant work experience of 8-12 years (post qualification)
