Key Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership : \n
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency and scalability of the company s processes. \n
- Lead the design and implementation of effective business strategies, plans, and processes. \n
- Optimize resource utilization and ensure compliance with industry best practices, policies, and standards. \n
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor business performance and achieve operational targets. \n
- Strategic Growth & Planning : \n
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define the company s strategic roadmap. \n
- Drive revenue growth through operational excellence, innovation, and optimization of existing services. \n
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, trends, and strategic partnerships to expand the business. \n
- Assess organizational performance against both annual budget and long-term strategy. \n
- Technology & Product Management : \n
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align operational initiatives with product development. \n
- Ensure smooth product delivery cycles, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. \n
- Leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies to improve processes, automation, and platform performance. \n
- Financial Management : \n
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management in alignment with the company s goals. \n
- Drive cost optimization, profitability, and margin improvements without compromising on quality. \n
- Manage program finance, including revenue, cost management, and financial KPIs. \n
- Team Leadership & Development : \n
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to support business growth. \n
- Foster a collaborative and agile culture that encourages continuous learning and development. \n
- Oversee HR and talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent. \n
- Client and Stakeholder Management : \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. \n
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by implementing client-focused processes and addressing pain points. \n
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in public forums. \n
Key Qualifications & Experience
\n- \n
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. \n
- 20+ years of experience in operational leadership roles, with at least 8 years in senior management. \n
- Proven track record in scaling operations and driving growth, preferably within the HR Tech, SaaS, or technology sectors. \n
- Strong understanding of HR technology platforms, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation. \n
- Hands-on experience with strategic planning, process optimization, and technology-driven operations. \n
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L, budgeting, and cost controls. \n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development. \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. \n
