  • Achieve topline, bottom-line, and collection targets for the distribution business
  • \n
  • Drive MBO expansion and increase sell-through across targeted territories
  • \n
  • Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets with consistent delivery
  • \n
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners across India
  • \n
  • Lead product/category launches and increase national footprint through relevant doors
  • \n
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Visual Merchandising on placement, promotions, and KPIs
  • \n
  • Conduct extensive market research and competitive analysis for strategic refinement
  • \n
  • Execute sales promotions to support brand visibility and market expansion
  • \n
  • Maintain world-class customer service standards and engagement levels
  • \n
  • Deliver timely reports, business updates, forecasts, and feedback to leadership
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • 15-20 years of apparel retail sales, MBO and distribution experience (mandatory)
  • \n
  • Proven track record managing 800-900+ MBO doors across India (mandatory)
  • \n
  • Graduate/MBA with strong analytical capabilities and numerical proficiency
  • \n
  • Robust market relationships across distributors and retail networks
  • \n
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with team development ability
  • \n
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • \n
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and execution focus
  • \n
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build long-term partnerships
