Job Description
- Shape logistics for one of India's most respected art institutions \n
- Lead end-to-end operations with autonomy and impact \n\n
- Lead all logistics, warehousing, and transportation functions across locations \n
- Develop and implement inventory management and tracking systems \n
- Ensure best practices for artwork handling, packing, and storage \n
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and logistics budgets \n
- Oversee logistics planning for exhibitions \n
- Drive process improvement, compliance, and team development \n\n
- 10+ years' experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain (preferably in art, luxury, or museum sectors) \n
- Strong leadership and team management skills \n
- Experience managing complex, multi-location operations \n
- Deep understanding of inventory and asset management systems \n
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities \n
- Passion for art, culture, and precision-driven work
