Infrastructure Architect

Job Overview\n
\n • Responsible for designing and implementing information systems to\n
\n fit with existing infrastructure, private cloud, multi/hybrid cloud\n
\n initiatives. Responsible to Architect, design, define BoQ, implement,\n
\n operate & maintain necessary technical infrastructure including\n
\n Server, storage, network, security along with performance and\n
\n replication functions. Collaborates with other architects in the\n
\n technology team.\n
\n Responsibilities and Duties\n
\n • Responsible for infrastructure design, system analysis, security,\n
\n data center operation, network, and voice communication.\n
\n • Advises customer and other teams of IT technology standard\n
\n requirements, methodology and processes.\n
\n • Develop implementation plan for infrastructure design on basis of\n
\n Customer IT strategies and business requirements.\n
\n • Should participate to develop and manage ongoing enterprise\n
\n architecture governance structure based on customer IT strategies.\n
\n • Responsible for ensuring optimal governance structure and compliance\n
\n with activities related to infrastructure architecture adherence.\n
\n • Should analyze existing systems to ensure that these systems provide\n
\n the necessary security.\n
\n • Should introduce alternative technologies to improve or enhance\n
\n Customer information systems to support their organizational goals.\n
\n • Formulate detailed plans to add new systems to the existing core\n
\n infrastructure which also includes logistic plans for conducting\n
\n physical integration of hardware.\n
\n • Participate in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology\n
\n direction and enabling business strategy.\n
\n • Communicate and validate program architecture with infrastructure\n
\n team, project management team and technology services management team.\n
\n • Develop enterprise standards to ensure compatibility and integration\n
\n of multi-vendor platforms.\n
\n • Lead and direct to prepare governing principles to guide decision\n
\n making pertinent to infrastructure architecture.\n
\n • Responsible for impact analysis and design modifications to existing\n
\n systems to support new solutions.\n
\n • Collect performance data to monitor system efficiencies. Monitor\n
\n both resource usage and failure rates of installed systems and provide\n
\n feedback.\n
\n Educational Qualifications\n
\n - Bachelor’s / master’s degree in information technology, software\n
\n engineering, computer science, or related field.\n
\n Certification\n
\n • Certified Cloud Architect in AWS/Azure/GCP\n
\n • Server, Storage, Network, certification\n
\n • CCNA certification, CCIE certification, CISA\n
\n • TOGAF9 Certified\n
\n • Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP)\n
\n Work Experience\n
\n • At least 15 years of software or infrastructure architecture\n
\n experience with at least 4 years of relevant experience in public\n
\n sector projects.\n
\n • 10 years of IT Infrastructure & Cloud work experience.\n
\n • Experience in the IT environment managing IT infrastructure,\n
\n hardware, hosting service and network areas.\n
\n • Ability to write architectural design documents/review design\n
\n documents.\n
\n • Building and integrating information systems to meet organization’s\n
\n needs.\n
\n • Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies\n
\n and ability to apply trends to architectural needs.\n
\n • Experience with Servers, Infrastructure, Platform Sizing,\n
\n Infrastructure Cost Reduction.\n
\n • Demonstrable knowledge of IT system architecture, design,\n
\n implementation & administration, monitoring.\n
\n • Familiarity of Agile, DevOps, Cloud Computing, digital security,\n
\n Integration, Automation, robotics\n
\n • Experience with highly available and fault-tolerant enterprise and\n
\n web- scale software deployments.\n
\n • Has a strong understanding of TCP, IP and other network protocols\n
\n • Has strong understanding and working experience of Agile-based\n
\n project Delivery.\n
\n • Knowledge of managing a data center in terms of systems monitoring\n
\n capacity planning and performance tuning.\n
\n • Experience in Enterprise applications, Information system\n
\n development, Network software, Cloud methodologies, Web server and\n
\n application server administration and web applications deployment\n
\n experience, Knowledge of System Administration\n
\n • Strong hold on designing, Infrastructure as a Code, integrating,\n
\n managing infrastructure, and managing complex infrastructure solution\n
