Job Description
Ø Major Responsibilities
\nUnderstanding Certification Process
\n- Demonstrate the ability to identify the significant aspects of a client’s processes & organization in order to develop a quote \n
- Demonstrate an understanding of the certification cycle process (initial audit, main audit, surveillance audits, recertification, transfer audit, extension/ reduction of scope/sites) \n
- Demonstrate an awareness of key BVC systems and tools \n
- Prepare Contract review based on filled-in application received from the client \n
- Recert sales in all CER products \n
- Making reports for the area / region. \n
- New Sales \n
- Training Sales \n
- Sales of new products \n
- Sales force filling in, in a timely manner – meetings, leads, opportunities, proposals issued, contracts won etc. \n
- Sales force Integrity – Marking proposals as Must – Wins, Large Contracts, Won and Lost etc. \n
- Networking with consultants. \n
- Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations. \n
- To comply company HSE requirements . policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable \n
- To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others. \n
- Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE . any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers. \n
- Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects \n
- To understand the CER process \n
- To achieve individual sales budget / target in the area / region \n
- To increase the number of proposals compared to previous year \n
- To sell a diverse range of CER products \n
- To minimise attrition of clients \n
- To achieve a higher manday rate \n
- To ensure SF filling – in and integrity in a prompt and timely manner \n
- Any / Engineering Graduate \n
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage. \n
- More than 3 yrs. exp. in sales & marketing, preferably from Certification Body \n
- Skills & Qualities: \n
- Should be a ‘Go to Market’ attitude personnel \n
- Should have a pleasing personality \n
- Good communication and presentation skills. \n
- Good excel skills \n
- Positive attitude \n
- Good data analysis \n
- Good interpersonal skills \n
