- Formulation and release of new chemicals based on client needs and program requirements, aligned with safety, process and core design \n
- Designing technical trade-off frameworks for various combinations with correlated risks \n\n

\n\nThe Successful Applicant
\n\nA successful candidate will have 4-10 years of experience post their PhD/Master's in characterising, analysing and processing thermoplastic, thermoset or other polymers. They must have an understanding of chemical analysis techniques like EDX, XRD, AFM, GC-MS etc and must exhibit strong problem-solving skills. They must be adept in communicating information, creating comprehensive reports and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
