Roles and Responsibilities:

\n - Design and improve refrigeration systems
\n - Work on VRF system design and ensure product performance as per ISO standards
\n - Develop and localize parts with vendors
\n - Coordinate with sourcing team for new part development
\n - Clarify drawings and technical specifications to suppliers
\n - Work with design teams for material/process changes based on local requirements
\n - Support vendor validation to improve product reliability
\n - Customize products based on India business needs
\n - Handle engineering change management process
\n - Maintain proper documentation and document control
