Job Description
- Only candidates with 10 to 15 years of experience to apply \n

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements. \n
- Monitor and ensure adherence to legal and statutory obligations across the organization. \n
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments. \n
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters. \n
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage external audits effectively. \n
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry-specific regulations and ensure their implementation. \n
- Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management. \n
- Address and resolve compliance-related issues and concerns promptly. \n\n
- A degree in Law/CS \n
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations in the Retail industry. \n
- Proven ability to implement compliance frameworks effectively. \n
- Experience handling regulatory audits and liaising with authorities. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
