Job Description
Key Responsibilities : \n

- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for business initiatives. \n
- Design and implement data solutions using SQL , Python , and Excel to extract, transform, and analyze data. \n
- Apply statistical and AI-based methods to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. \n
- Develop and present clear, concise reports , dashboards , and presentations to convey key insights. \n
- Support the development of business cases (BC) and contribute to management and written reporting (MR & WR) processes. \n
- Assist in automating manual processes and optimizing existing workflows through data and technology. \n
- Translate technical findings into strategic recommendations for business stakeholders. \n

- Strong command of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis. \n
- Expert-level skills in Advanced Excel , including pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and visualizations. \n
- Familiarity with AI concepts and tools , and the ability to apply them in a practical business context. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data insights. \n
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. \n
- Proven experience in supporting reporting functions, data analysis, and business case documentation. \n
