Looking for an experienced TA operations leader to manage systems, process and data to ensure efficient talent acquisition.

- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement long-term TA operational strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives. \n
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the candidate experience. \n
- Technology Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of TA technology tools (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms, etc.) to support the TA function. \n
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the TA operations budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. \n
- Performance Measurement: Develop and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of TA operations, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. \n
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide data-driven insights to improve TA strategies and decision-making. \n
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TA operations professionals. \n
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., hiring managers, HR) to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. \n
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. \n
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, such as staffing agencies and sourcing firms. \n
