About the Team

Industrial Technology is the division where ZF bundles its activities for “Off-Road” applications. It comprises the development and production of transmissions and axles for agricultural and construction machinery as well as driveline technology for material handling systems, rail and special vehicles. The division is also responsible for the worldwide business of marine propulsion systems as well as the development and production of gearboxes for wind turbines.

What you can look forward to as Assistant Manager – Controlling :

• Planning, Forecasting and Reporting (PFR)

• Responsible for Timely and accurate Management / Group reporting to region/Global
\n
• Responsible for Monthly / Annual analysis of books of accounts at the Business unit level
\n
• Responsible for Reporting, Planning and Forecasting as per Group Directives and ZF IFRS Accounting manual and CoA.
\n
• Monitor and approve NPM indents in comparison with annual budgets (in line with sales).
\n
• Summarizing and tracking Investment Plans, Capex analysis, Pay Back Period etc.
\n
• Responsible for following GD and norms for Investment tify financial and operational risks
\n
• Project Planning & ide insights on project performance (cost vs budget, earned value, etc.)
\n
• Develop project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, Assist in baseline schedule and cost estimation, Track resource allocation and utilizatio
\n

Your Profile as Assistant Manager – Controlling :

\n
• 4 – 7 years of related experience in a professional role with professional qualification e.g. chartered accountant or cost accountant
\n
• Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently with virtual teams
\n
• Skilled with use of Excel and nstrated business acumen and project management experience
\n
• Problem solving skills, including issue identification/structuring, data collection, analysis, synthesizing results, developing actionable and measurable implementation plans
\n
• Ability to develop and implement repeatable processes, metrics, and management reports
\n
• Comfortable working with different levels of the organization and across cultures. Good verbal and written communication skills
