Deployment Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Deployment Coordinator to join our team in Any city in India, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Role Description:

• Support the Waves Leads in the interactions between global, deployment and local teams, following up open items between cross areas.
\n
• Support the Waves Leads on tasks on which the DDML is Accountable: 1) data migration (helps in the generation of MDLs advance reports, 2) cleansing (supporting interactions with the Cleansing Lead, 3) validation (follow up on “close to due date” objects with R/LBDOs) and reconciliation (support interaction with Finance Team).
\n
• Supporting the DDML, together with the DMCC on the global deployment methodology and managing risks/issues (tracking with Owners of High Risks and Blockers / Majors Issues, while ensuring compliance with procedures) as well as helping the waves leads in the defect’s prioritization through analyses of objects dependencies.
\n
• Liaise with the DMCC for ensuring quality check of defects in JIRA (descriptions are clear / mandatory fields are filled out – g.e: resolution owner, root cause, estimate time of resolution, etc).
\n
• Follow up with owners of defects related to Data Migration Tools.
\n
• Follow up on preparation phase (accordingly to check list) on Washing Machine, MDL´s and DRH. Including supporting PoaP and Control Book preparation.
\n
• Support the DDML on the Alignments & Plans of other data migration related requirements with deployment project management (g.e: DM define workshops, including agenda´s consolidation).
\n
• Supports / Generates the overall communications and status reports as per ASPIRE DM Communication Plans
\n
• Supports data readiness, cleansing and quality for their project.
\n
• Follow up on DMW approval related communication.
\n
• Support the Waves Leads on the following up of the creation of Test Packages and Test Plans for DVS execution for DRH and PDLs
\n
• Support the following up of the Test Plan lifecycle for DVS executions in properly completed in SolMan
\n

Key Skills

\n
• 8+ Years of overall SAP experience (SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Data Migration) with at least 3+ years of project manager experience
\n
• Have delivered at least 1-2 SAP Data Migration projects in SAP S4 HANA
\n
• Experience of managing large end-to-end projects of SAP implementation and data migration projects, Managing large scale transformation ERP implementation and business change projects.
\n
• Experience of leading and managing teams
\n
• Proven track record of working with diverse, cross-functional teams that are located both within the local region and in offshore locations
\n
• Experience in Management of Global change projects for large scale organizations
\n
• Experience in Data Migration, specifically for S4/HANA
\n
• Knowledge of SAP Data Migration strategies and tools, i.e., BODS, Syniti, Information Steward, LTMC, LSMW etc
\n
• Knowledge of SAP ADM (Advanced Data Migration) solutions is a plus
\n
• Experience with S/4HANA
\n
• Experience with AGILE methodology
\n
• AGILE SAFe methodology preferred
\n
• Experience with use of AGILE tools like Jira
\n
• Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2, PMP or equivalent
\n
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within IT, Global Businesses, Finance
\n
• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client.
\n

Desirable Skills

• Prior experience working in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry
\n
• Familiar with SAP SolMan
\n
