Cash Payment- Motgage Servicing Platform

Job Description:

We are looking for candidates with 1 6 years of experience in US Mortgage Servicing / Cash Management to handle cash posting and payment-related activities in the Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Post cash items in MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) including payoffs, payments received in office, and cash reversals.
\n
• Respond to cash-related queries through internal cash chat from Customer Relations and other internal teams.
\n
• Review the Cash Management email inbox and respond to requests or queries.
\n
• Process assigned tasks in MSP such as Corporate Advance Creation, Funds Application, Reversals, and Specialty Payoff Quotes.
\n
• Review Daily Edit Reject and Reversal Reports and take appropriate action as per process guidelines.
\n
• Process stop payments on MSP disbursements when required.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• 1 6 years of experience in US Mortgage Servicing / Cash Posting / Cash Management.
\n
• Knowledge of MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) is preferred.
\n
• Good communication and analytical skills.
\n
• Willing to work in Night Shift (Chennai WFO).
\n
