Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end engineering lifecycle (design, engineering, installation & delivery) of complex control room projects

Act as the highest technical authority for engineering decisions and approvals

Ensure compliance with industry standards, utility regulations, and safety norms
\n
Manage key stakeholder relationships including PowerGrid, RLDCs, and utility clients
\n
Provide governance across multiple projects ensuring quality, timelines, and cost adherence
\n
Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams
\n
Drive innovation, standardization, and adoption of advanced utility technologies (SCADA, EMS, DMS)
