\n Production Management: Overseeing daily operations of automated or manual zinc rack/barrel plating lines, ensuring production targets are met with minimal downtime.\n
\nQuality Control: Ensuring plating adheres to standards (e.g., ISO 2081:2018), including monitoring coating thickness, adhesion, and appearance.\n
\n Process Engineering: Optimizing chemical concentrations (acid/alkaline zinc baths) and troubleshooting, such as managing dull/burned deposits or slow plating speeds.\n
\n Maintenance & Technical Oversight: Managing preventive maintenance for plating lines, rectifiers, and auxiliary equipment.\n
\n Safety & Environment: Ensuring compliance with hazardous waste regulations, including Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operation.\n
\n Team Leadership: Managing production supervisors, operators, and lab technicians \n
