- Drive Agile delivery using JIRA, ensuring timely and impactful execution of analytics projects. \n
- Guides the team to design scalable and integrated analytics solutions that align with strategic goals. \n
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering to understand business processes and translate them into actionable insights. \n
- Promote the adoption of advanced analytics , predictive modelling, and data-driven decision -making across the organization. \n
- Communicate assertively and effectively with global teams, executives, and cross-functional partners. \n
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the analytics function. \n
- Demonstrate situational leadership , adapting style to meet the needs of individuals and teams. \n
- Take full ownership of analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable impact \n\n
