What you'll do: \n•Own end-to-end robot system architecture
\n•Integrate perception, planning, targeting, embedded controls, sensors and compute
\n•Work across robotics + embedded + perception teams
\n•Build reliable field-ready robotic systems
\n•Design system for rugged outdoor deployment
\n•Improve targeting reliability on uneven terrain
\n•Define latency budgets & system timing
\n•Debug full stack: ROS2, embedded firmware, sensors, networking
\n•Design fail-safe and recovery behaviors
\n•Optimize compute pipelines for real-time
\n•Own robot performance in field trials
Requirements: \n•4+ years robotics / autonomous systems
\n•Strong C++ and Python
\n•Strong ROS2 architecture experience
\n•Strong Linux systems knowledge
\n•Experience integrating multiple sensors
\n•Experience working with embedded systems
\n•Experience building real-world robotic systems
\n•Understanding of perception, planning, calibration, controls
\n•Strong debugging across hardware + software
