We are looking for a result-oriented professional to join our Casting, Forging & Machining (CFM) sourcing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machined component sourcing, vendor development, and costing , preferably within the automotive industry .
\nThis role requires strong technical acumen in machining processes, supplier management, and cost optimization to ensure seamless supply chain performance and value creation.
Key Responsibilities \n- \n

Lead sourcing and vendor development for machined components within the CFM category.

Evaluate, identify, and onboard new vendors to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
\n - \n
Perform cost analysis, should-cost estimation, and cost benchmarking for machined and forged components.
\n - \n
Negotiate commercial terms, lead times, and pricing with suppliers to achieve procurement savings.
\n - \n
Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure technical feasibility and supplier alignment.

Conduct supplier audits and drive continuous improvement in performance and capability.

Monitor supplier KPIs related to cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Ensure timely development and sourcing of new components for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing/vendor development within the automotive sector .

Strong knowledge of machining, casting, and forging processes .
\n - \n
Excellent skills in costing, negotiation, and supplier management .
\n - \n
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems , and cost estimation tools.

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
