Job Description
- Opportunity to work in an India Focussed investment fund \n
- Opportunity to work for a PE Fund in a leadership role \n\n
- Lead the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in the private equity space. \n
- Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the fund's goals. \n
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential investments. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, entrepreneurs, and industry partners. \n
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities. \n
- Participate in fundraising activities and contribute to the firm's overall growth strategy. \n\n
- Prior experience of 10-15 years in private equity, growth venture capital or transaction advisory teams of business consulting firms \n
- Experience of managing multiple transactions end-to-end from sourcing, execution and exits \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex financial data. \n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively. \n
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \n
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to identifying and executing investment opportunities.
