Purpose:
\n"The GBS Finance Process and Performance Manager identifies and leverages best practice across GBS to deliver positive outcomes on the operational and non-operational stage
\nMakes sure processes are standardized, harmonized, efficient and audit secure while on parallel people is equipped with support, training and information to deliver on their process.
\nEnsures reliable figures of the financial statements in his/her scope of responsibility in accordance with the policies (BKA and BMA), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and according to the country specific legislation and country specific tax compliant accounting treatment allowing a certification by external auditors.

\nKey Tasks:
\n"Coordinates topics functionally, working as senior expert for financial processes, supporting and empowering team members in their work delivery and development.
\nActively participate and contribute at and to global expert community around process excellence in the relevant area.
\nImplement reporting requirements from various functions in particular Accounting, Taxes, Controlling, Treasury and Auditors to calibrate cost, quality, compliance and time (output) across GBS locations. Partner with the Center of Expertise (CoE) and Global Process Governance (GPG) to ensure globally defined standards and activity splits, as well as liaise with the GBS network regarding R2R issues and to implement desired and necessary processes and changes.
\nEnsures One face to stakeholder from GBS through stakeholder engagement framework to continuously manage relationship and expectations, and to drive satisfaction.
\nEnsures operational effectiveness of the internal control system relevant to the preparation and presentation of the Financial Statements that are free from material misstatement in close cooperation with Global Finance Network, Outsourcing Provider, Legal Entity and Auditors.
\nContribute to local as well as global projects, legal entities and system mergers, acquisitions or divestitures.
\nIdentify opportunities on business requirements adding value through consultancy, solutions proposals and complexity reductions. Coordinate optimization projects and continuous improvement initiatives in order to improve quality and efficiency.
\nKey Tasks:
\nIdentify possible issues and pro-actively manage changes. Perform and use escalation management.
\nDefines, monitors and steers performance excellence via KPIs." Key Working Relation:

\nSkills & Qualifications:
\n"University degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics or relevant degree.
\nFinance, Accounting or Tax qualification as well as Project and Digital certifications definitely preferred.
\nIn-depth knowledge of the End-to-End Process.
\nAdvanced level of knowledge and understanding in accounting and financial reporting, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and country specific legislations (local GAAP).
\nExperience in conducting and preparing trainings and/or workshops. Strong self-motivation, Flexibility, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
\nAnalytical thinking and solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
\nAbility to manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance.
\nExcellent communication skills - Strong oral and written communication skills.
\nService-driven and customer-focused
\nAbility to build up trustful relationships.

\nWith 8+ years of Accounting, Finance, Tax, Controlling or relevant experience & demonstrated understanding in external reporting / auditing.
\nProject Experience:
\nExperience in driving change - involved in projects as expert or lead highly desirable.
\nWith 3+ years prior experience leading technical projects (processes, organization and people).
\nAdvanced level of capabilities to lead change, projects, and initiatives.
\nGood level of ability to explain the "why", ability to influence people and to drive change or to execute governance of Accounting. Advanced level of capability to collaborate task/project oriented without geographical, organizational or functional borders.
\nDigital Skills:
\nProficient in enterprise-wide business systems (SAP and other FA&T enablers) and Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel: performs critical analyses in Excel using macros, pivot tables, graphics, etc).
\nSkills & Qualifications:
\nFamiliar with Data Analytics and visualization tools to manage
\nFinancial Data quality and efficiencies - knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or similar tools for analytics and visualization to create, share and publish dashboards/reports.
\nFamiliar with Power Automate: can build simple solution or use templates, can identify potential areas of implementations.
