Sr. Support Analyst
Job Description
Independently able to manage technical transitions and integration into support
\n Has good skills with Support and Deployment tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Geneos etc)
\n Should be able to perform Devops and SRE tasks when needed.
\n Be able to automate using various tool and scripts (Python, Shell etc)
\n Experience with java for System Capacity Management and Issue Investigation
\n Some working Knowledge of Dev Ops Tools (Ansible, CI/CD, Bitbucket, Git, teamcity etc).
\n Understand the Business Functionality and Enable Technical investigations and Solutions for the Functional issue raised.
\n Leadership in Issue Resolution and interaction with Stakeholders.
\n End to end follow-up and communication on issues impacting users & service delivery.
\n Working closely with development teams and functional experts and provide expert advice on emerging trends and issues affecting delivery of business services.
\n Maintain quality of deliverables to keep the key KPI and trends in check.
\n Plan and perform of application/infrastructure releases and configuration changes.
\n Resolutions for SLE and Delivery completions daily.
\n Propose and Implement Service improvements that may be in progress service Improvement.
\n Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve Loading and Calculation issues.
\n Provide input to the implementation, backup and roll-back plans.
\n Be able to grow technically and functionally to manage the loading and system as part of the team.
\n Understanding of the flow & overall business in investment banking
\n Ensuring users of the system receive the agreed level of service.
\n Appropriate and timely communication with all stakeholders
\n Help technical Development of team.
\n Individual Contributor to help improve the teams technically, through knowledge sharing.
\n Successful candidate is expected to perform the above tasks in collaboration and agreement with the team leaders, project leads and other development staff, and where necessary with the Business Analysts, Application Production and Infrastructure teams.

\n Technical Qualification
\n Minimum 7 years experience in hands-on IT Dev and Support
\n Experience with working in an ITIL environment
\n Ability to multi-task, work under pressure & tight deadlines
\n Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility.
\n Team player with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
\n Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux systems and Shell or Python scripting.
\n Hands-on experience in SQL - Sybase.
\n Experience of Java for Capacity management.
\n Understanding of Dev Ops tools (Ansible, CI/CD, Bitbucket, Git, teamcity etc).
\n Have understanding about topics related to SRE responsibilities
\n Knowledge of Capital Market or Market Risk and Credit Risk would be an added advantage.
