- Work with an international non‑governmental organization \n
- Has presence in 20+ countries \n\n
- Manage HR operations and strategies for the APAC region, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. \n
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes to support business growth. \n
- Develop and implement HR policies that comply with local labour laws and regulations. \n
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. \n
- Collaborate with regional leaders to identify and address workforce development needs. \n
- Handle performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans. \n
- Monitor and manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively. \n
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. \n\n
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \n
- Proven experience in HR management within the business services industry. \n
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements. \n
- Strong skills in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. \n
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-regional, large organisation. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
