Job Description
- Candidate with 7-12 yrs of PQE in derivatives within BFSI/LFs should apply \n
- Candidates currently in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune should apply \n\n
- Draft, review, and negotiate end‑to‑end securities and derivatives documentation, including ISDA/CSA, OTC derivatives agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and other key commercial contracts. \n
- Manage cross‑border stakeholders and jurisdictions (preferably US/EMEA) and ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements. \n
- Provide legal advisory, identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks. \n\n
- A degree in law from a recognised institution. \n
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of securities/derivatives contracts within BFSI/Law Firms \n
- Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. \n
- Experience in team leadership and managing international stakeholders is essential.
