\nRole Overview:
\nWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and driven professional to join our Strategy Department as Manager – Strategy. Based in Navi Mumbai, this role offers the opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to business operations in the fast-growing real estate tech industry. The individual will be responsible for streamlining internal processes, enabling efficient project execution, and driving collaboration across key business verticals like Sales, CRM, Tech, HR, Admin, and Finance. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, data management, and execution excellence.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nOperational Execution & Coordination
\nLead day-to-day coordination between internal teams (Sales, CRM, Tech, Admin, HR, Accounts) to ensure timely task closures and cross-functional alignment.
\nTrack and ensure execution of project-specific workflows, daily deliverables, and internal SLAs.
\nProactively identify roadblocks in execution and escalate/resolution follow-up with the relevant stakeholders.
Project Onboarding & Support
\nSupport the onboarding of new real estate projects, ensuring all backend documentation, tech system entries, and sales activation are completed on time.
\nCoordinate with field teamsfor ground-level data collection, meetings, and other operational support.
\nData Management & Reporting
\nMaintain and update MIS trackers, performance dashboards, and key business reports.
\nAnalyze trends and highlight actionable insights forstrategy and leadership reviews.
\nAssist in preparing business review decks, SOP documentation, and operational updates.
\nProcess Management & Compliance
\nImplement and monitor SOP adherence across business functions.
\nMaintain audit-ready records, track escalations, and supportregular quality control reviews.
\nDocument gaps in process compliance and suggest improvements forstronger execution.
\nSystem & Backend Operations
\nEnsure data accuracy on CRM tools, sales dashboards, project listings, and internalsystems.
\nCollaborate with tech and product teamsfor minor platformissues and feature coordination.
\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:
\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
\n4–7 years of experience in business operations, coordination, or backend support roles
\nMust have experience managing digital teams, client documentation, or CRM tools
\nProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
\nHighly organized, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
\nAdaptable to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
