Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to develop precise multi-channel demand forecasts (GT, MT, Exports, Wholesale, Job Work).

• Monitor sales patterns and coordinate production schedules with market needs, promotional activities, and seasonal fluctuations.
\n
• Efficiently plan plant capacity while comprehending operational limitations and impediments.
\n
• Supervise production and inventory planning, ensuring the accuracy of material requirements planning (MRP) in accordance with projected demand.
\n
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to fulfill service requirements while minimizing excess and holding costs.
\n
• Collaborate with Production and R&D departments regarding ingredient lead times, formulation modifications, and process adjustments.
\n
• Possess practical knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes and warehouse operations.
\n
• Monitor essential KPIs (OTIF, SOH, TAT) and lead optimization initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and service quality.
\n
• Leverage ERP systems and digital technologies to achieve real-time visibility into the supply chain and support informed decision-making.
