    Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Head of Projects and consultants to optimize project methodologies from design to construction.
  • \n
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cashflows, and cost controls through value engineering.
  • \n
  • Travel regularly to project sites to ensure smooth execution and resolve issues promptly.
  • \n
  • Generate MIS reports for senior management and prepare presentations for stakeholder engagement.
  • \n
  • Ensure vendor compliance with statutory requirements and support internal/external audits.
  • \n
  • Improve customer experience through regular site interactions and execution-stage enhancements.
  • \n
  • Establish and document process flows while meeting project timelines and compliance standards.
  • \n
  • Provide technical solutions aligned with industry best practices, sustainability, ESG, and EQHS requirements.
  • \n
  • Coordinate across teams for seamless delivery from inception to handover, including Leasing and Operations.
  • \n
  • Manage team performance, nurture capabilities, and drive a customer‑centric project approach.

    The Successful Applicant

    Education Qualification B. Tech (Any Engineering) + master's degree in project management.

    \n Work Experience 15 -18 years' of experience
