- Collaborate with the Head of Projects and consultants to optimize project methodologies from design to construction. \n
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cashflows, and cost controls through value engineering. \n
- Travel regularly to project sites to ensure smooth execution and resolve issues promptly. \n
- Generate MIS reports for senior management and prepare presentations for stakeholder engagement. \n
- Ensure vendor compliance with statutory requirements and support internal/external audits. \n
- Improve customer experience through regular site interactions and execution-stage enhancements. \n
- Establish and document process flows while meeting project timelines and compliance standards. \n
- Provide technical solutions aligned with industry best practices, sustainability, ESG, and EQHS requirements. \n
- Coordinate across teams for seamless delivery from inception to handover, including Leasing and Operations. \n
- Manage team performance, nurture capabilities, and drive a customer‑centric project approach. \n\n

\n\nEducation Qualification B. Tech (Any Engineering) + master's degree in project management.
\n Work Experience 15 -18 years' of experience
