  • Drive revenue growth across the SEA region and consistently achieve annual sales targets.
  • \n
  • Develop and expand channel partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and integrators for capital equipment sales.
  • \n
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage sector.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted commercial and technical advisor.
  • \n
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and negotiations to support deal closure.
  • \n
  • Analyse customer accounts and market trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and data updates in Salesforce CRM.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to support customer needs and drive initiatives.
  • \n
  • Monitor competitor activity and market movements to refine sales tactics and drive competitive displacement.
  • \n
  • Manage the full sales funnel-from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring forecast accuracy.

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • 5-12 years of experience in international B2B sales , with strong exposure to the Food & Beverage industry and capital equipment/industrial solutions .
  • \n
  • Proven channel sales experience , managing distributors, OEMs, and integrators.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience selling into SEA markets-preferably Singapore, Vietnam, and broader APAC.
  • \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Engineering + Business preferred).
  • \n
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs; strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • \n
  • Skilled in identifying high-value opportunities, building relationships, and driving competitive displacement.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi fluency preferred for India-based candidates.
  • \n
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%).
  • \n
  • Energetic, proactive, well-organised, and a strong team collaborator.
