\nRoles & Responsibilities:

- Currently responsible for planning & achieving sales targets for Institutional channel in the assigned territory. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources \n
- Ensuring availability and visibility of products to ensure optimum fill rates & minimize out of stock situation \n
- Responsible for sales forecasting, targets, and promotions of all categories in the assigned territory \n
- Influencing promotions, in store merchandising - space, assortment, and displays. \n
- New product introductions, accounts receivables by working closely with the team. \n
- Responsible for managing the team, motivating them and getting them to deliver their metrices. \n
- The Area Sales Executive will be required to understand the working style, strengths and weaknesses of each team member and provide developmental inputs on a continuous basis. \n
- Recruits, tests, and hires Territory Sales Officers based on criteria agreed upon by senior management \n
- Conducts one-on-one review with all TSO's to build more effective communications, to understand training & development needs \n
- Conducts one-on-one review with all TSO's to provide insight for the improvement of TSO's/Field force's sales and activity performance \n
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. \n
