Key Responsibilities \n

\n
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, inventory management, and 3PL coordination.
\n
• Ensure 99%+ FC order fulfilment TAT for B2C orders and 100% fulfilment for marketplace orders (Amazon & Nykaa).
\n
• Prevent SLA breaches by ensuring timely order processing and execution.
\n
• Coordinate with logistics partners for seamless shipment pickups and dispatches.
\n
• Plan workforce allocation and lead warehouse teams to maximize productivity.
\n
• Ensure compliance with the Legal Metrology Act and maintain product quality standards.
\n
• Manage returns efficiently through effective QC checks and improved claim approval rates.
\n
• Resolve day-to-day operational challenges while maintaining SLA adherence.
\n
• Drive process improvements and warehouse automation initiatives.
\n
• Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
\n
• Prepare billing reports and coordinate with 3PL partners for invoice processing.
\n
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics across fulfilment, returns, inbound operations, and inventory.
\n
• Work closely with technology teams to resolve order-related system issues.
\n
• Collaborate with marketplace teams to resolve order exceptions before SLA breaches.
\n
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of packaging materials to avoid operational disruptions.
\n

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) \n

\n
• Maintain 99%+ FC order fulfilment TAT for B2C orders.
\n
• Achieve 100% marketplace order fulfilment within SLA.
\n
• Improve returns processing efficiency and claim success rates.
\n
• Optimize inbound, picking, packing, dispatch, and return turnaround times.
\n
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
\n
• Effectively manage operational peaks and critical business situations.
\n

Required Skills & Experience \n

\n
• 3+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, preferably in E-commerce Fulfilment.
\n
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
\n
• Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, returns, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
\n
• Experience in 3PL/vendor coordination.
\n
• Exposure to marketplace operations such as Amazon and Nykaa is preferred.
\n
• Strong team handling and leadership capabilities.
\n
• Good understanding of Order Fulfilment SLAs and TAT management.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Excel.
\n
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
\n
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
\n
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on operational excellence.
\n
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility during peak business periods.
