Key Responsibilities
\nManage and optimize the Business Head s calendar - scheduling internal / external meetings, avoiding conflicts and ensuring time prioritization.
\nCoordinate with the US teams to align cross-time-zone meetings and projects.
\nOrganize and prepare materials for key meetings, reviews and business presentations.
\nHandle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing and expense management.
\nDraft, review, and manage professional communication including emails, memos, and reports.
\nPlan, book and manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.
\nPrepare travel briefs and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site meetings, events, or visits.
\nSupport the Business Head in strategic initiatives, including preparing reports, dashboards, and timelines.
