Job Description
- Lead end-to-end global COE transition programs. \n
- Exposure to multi-geo stakeholders. \n\n
- Lead end-to-end transition lifecycle including due diligence, scope finalization, KT planning, ramp-up, hypercare, and go-live \n
- Manage global process migrations into Shared Services / GBS across business operations \n
- Define and track transition plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs, and status reporting \n
- Partner with COEs, delivery teams, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution \n
- Drive knowledge transfer sessions, SOP documentation, and process standardization \n
- Ensure risk mitigation, issue resolution, and adherence to timelines and SLAs during transition phases \n
- Lead stakeholder communication and reporting to senior leadership \n\n
- 10-15 years of experience in Shared Services / GBS / BPO environments \n
- Proven experience in end-to-end transition management \n
- Experience managing global transitions across multiple geographies (US, EMEA, APAC) \n
- Hands-on expertise in transition governance, trackers, SOPs, and stakeholder management \n
- Ability to work with COEs and cross-functional teams to drive execution
