  • Lead end-to-end transition lifecycle including due diligence, scope finalization, KT planning, ramp-up, hypercare, and go-live
  • \n
  • Manage global process migrations into Shared Services / GBS across business operations
  • \n
  • Define and track transition plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs, and status reporting
  • \n
  • Partner with COEs, delivery teams, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
  • \n
  • Drive knowledge transfer sessions, SOP documentation, and process standardization
  • \n
  • Ensure risk mitigation, issue resolution, and adherence to timelines and SLAs during transition phases
  • \n
  • Lead stakeholder communication and reporting to senior leadership
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    A successful Senior Manager/Manager - Transitions should have:

    \n
  • 10-15 years of experience in Shared Services / GBS / BPO environments
  • \n
  • Proven experience in end-to-end transition management
  • \n
  • Experience managing global transitions across multiple geographies (US, EMEA, APAC)
  • \n
  • Hands-on expertise in transition governance, trackers, SOPs, and stakeholder management
  • \n
  • Ability to work with COEs and cross-functional teams to drive execution
