\nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales function and
\ndrive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales
\nmanagement, customer relationship management, team handling, and target achievement. The
\ncandidate will be responsible for leading a team, generating revenue, ensuring an exceptional
\ncustomer experience, and driving sales through various channels.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n%CF; Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
\n%CF; Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize business growth and market
\npenetration.
\n%CF; Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing
\ncustomers.
\n%CF; Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive productivity improvements.
\n%CF; Ensure a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to final conversion.
\n%CF; Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth
\nopportunities.
\n%CF; Collaborate closely with Interior Designers and cross-functional teams to enhance
\ncustomer experience and sales conversions.
\n%CF; Drive alternate sales channels including residence visits, apartment activities, design
\nconsultations, and sales events.
\n%CF; Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
\n%CF; Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline management.
\n%CF; Take ownership of business objectives and implement innovative sales initiatives.
\n%CF; Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
\nDesired Candidate Profile
\n%CF; 4–7 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1–2 years of team handling experience.
\n%CF; Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
\n%CF; Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
\n%CF; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n%CF; Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
\n%CF; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
\n%CF; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n%CF; Self-driven, proactive, and highly result-oriented.
\n%CF; Experience in retail, interior design, home décor, real estate, or consumer-facing sales
\nwill be an added advantage.
