Role: Cybersecurity Sales Leader – AI/LLM | Enterprise Sales Specialist
\nLocation: PAN India (Remote)
\nExperience: 10+ Years of Enterprise & Cybersecurity Sales experience along with AI/LLM and product company experience
\nBudget Range: 30 to 40 LPA + equity and commission
\nWhat we are: Kapalins is an AI-native cybersecurity — and we're looking for someone who can both speak the language of security and open doors at the enterprise level.
\nThis isn't a checkbox role. We need a rare hybrid — someone who understands AI/LLM threat landscapes, has lived inside a product company, and knows what it takes to sell in a startup environment where every conversation counts.
\nWhat you'll own:
\n- \n
- Drive enterprise sales across BFSI, Tech, and critical infrastructure verticals \n
- Act as the external face of Kapalins' security expertise — Field CISO in every room you walk into \n
- Build and manage C-suite relationships (CISOs, CTOs, CIOs) \n
- Own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed contract \n
- Shape GTM strategy alongside the founding team \n
What we're looking for:
\nNon-Negotiable Requirements
\n- \n
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology sales, or a demonstrable combination of both \n
- AI/LLM security knowledge — understanding of prompt injection, model poisoning, data leakage from LLMs, adversarial ML, and emerging AI threat vectors — not just traditional cybersecurity frameworks \n
- Product company experience — you have sold a product, not just services; you understand product-led sales motions \n
- Startup DNA — you have built pipelines from zero, operated in resource-constrained environments, and delivered results without a large supporting infrastructure \n
- Enterprise CXO network in India — existing relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and CIOs across enterprise accounts \n
- Immediate availability — or ability to join within 2–4 weeks \n
- Track record of closing enterprise deals in the ₹10L–₹1Cr+ range \n
