Job Description

Designation: Head/ Deputy Head of Global Shared Services

Location : Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of GSS to set goals and strategies.
\n
• Lead and manage important projects to achieve these goals.
\n
• Review internal processes, identify risks, and create controls for high-risk areas.
\n
• Document important risk management procedures.
\n
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
\n
• Understand and apply Ind AS/IFRS accounting standards.
\n
• Manage service performance to ensure it is accurate and of high quality.
\n
• Develop and review policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
\n
• Ensure proper risk management and smooth operations.
\n
• Handle reporting for critical areas like inventories and accounts receivable.
\n
• Work with external auditors to understand their requirements and provide necessary documents.
\n
• Collaborate with internal auditors to improve systems and make them more efficient.
\n
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash disbursement functions.
\n
• Analyze data and manage budgets to support business decisions.
\n
• Have a strategic mindset focused on business growth.
\n
• Lead and organize teams effectively.
\n
• Communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.
