Job Description
- Board role to shape strategy, influence outcomes, and guide transformation \n
- Influence long‑term strategy where reliability and speed set the edge. \n\n
- Quarterly Board meetings \n
- Act as the Board's Governance and Healthcare credibility anchor \n
- Ad-hoc strategic inputs when required \n
- Guide management on IPO preparedness and listed-company conduct \n
- Provide Mentorship to Leadership on Board discipline, Investor-facing behaviour, Crisis and issue management \n
- Act as sounding board to the CEO \n
- Share best practices in scaling and running large organizations \n
- Help sharpen company's positioning vs large incumbents insights on competitor strategies, and industry trends \n
- Support strategic alliances and anchor partnerships for growth \n
- Help identify white spaces and defensible moats \n
- Estimated Time Commitment: 8-12 hours/month \n\n
- 25-30+ years of experience in Diagnostics, Hospitals, Pharma, Healthcare services or healthcare delivery platforms \n
- Prior roles as: MD / CEO / Whole-time Director / Non-Executive Director \n
- Experience of working with a public listed Healthcare / Pharma company, will be a strong advantage \n
- Should have direct exposure to: Regulatory Compliance, Clinical Governance, Audit & Risk management and Public market scrutiny. \n
- Strong independence and ability to challenge founders / investors \n
- Willingness to invest time and thought \n
- Alignment with long-term value creation and IPO journey \n
- Pure finance-only profiles (unless healthcare- listed CFO background) \n
- Academic / policy-only healthcare experts \n
- Foreign-only experience without Indian regulatory exposure \n
- Advisory-board-only profiles without operating depth
