    Job Description

  • Lead the full sales function for the Schools English vertical across South Asia, driving topline, bottom‑line, and collection targets.
  • \n
  • Build and execute growth plans for print, digital, learning, and assessment products; strengthen presence in K12 schools across private, international, and state boards.
  • \n
  • Create annual sales budgets, track performance, and drive forecasting, pricing reviews, product introductions, and portfolio rationalisation.
  • \n
  • Develop and coach the sales team, strengthen capability building, and promote a cross‑selling culture.
  • \n
  • Drive market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and agile sales strategy to expand reach and grow adoption in target segments.
  • \n
  • Build large‑account relationships (HVOs), drive partnership programmes, and expand sustainable funnels and account management practices.
  • \n
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and distributors to ensure order execution, collections, cost control, and smooth market operations
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • 12-15+ years of senior‑level sales experience in K12, EdTech, or school‑focused learning solutions.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of South Asia's K12 ecosystem across CBSE, ICSE, state boards, and international schools.
  • \n
  • Proven experience managing large sales budgets (₹75 Cr+ preferred) and delivering consistent growth.
  • \n
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, commercial planning, and strategic execution skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage complex portfolios, lead teams, influence across matrix structures, and deliver high‑impact market expansion.
