What impact will you create?
\nAs a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing and improving user interfaces and user experiences across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and consistent user experiences that align with the needs of users and business goals. Your designs will significantly enhance user satisfaction, usability, and accessibility of our digital products, ensuring an optimal user journey from start to finish.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nUser-Centred Design:
\no Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
\no Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
\no Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with business objectives and user requirements.
\nVisual and Interaction Design:
\no Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces that enhance the aesthetic and usability of web and mobile applications.
\no Ensure the design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness of the UI across multiple devices and platforms.
\no Implement design best practices to create intuitive navigation, user flows, and interactive elements.
\nUsability Testing and Feedback:
\no Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
\no Analyze user feedback and usage data to make informed design improvements.
\no Continuously iterate on designs based on testing and feedback to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
\nCollaboration and Communication:
\no Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
\no Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content teams, to align design with the brand s vision and messaging.
\no Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders, collecting feedback and refining designs based on input.
\nDesign System and Guidelines:
\no Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms.
\no Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and introduce innovative solutions to enhance product design

\nYour team : You will be an individual contributor and will have an opportunity to partner with and learn from colleagues across HR Tech, Corporate HR and Corporate IT Team.

\nWho are we looking for?
\nKey Skills (Must Have)
\nProven experience in creating user-centered designs and wireframes for web and mobile platforms.
\nExpertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
\nStrong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and best practices in UI/UX.
\nAbility to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing.
\nProficiency in prototyping, creating mock-ups, and presenting design ideas to stakeholders.
\nExperience working closely with developers and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in design execution.
\nKey Skills (Nice to Have)
\nFamiliarity with design systems and atomic design principles.
\nExperience with animation and interaction design tools (e.g., Principle, Framer).
\nKnowledge of user behaviour analytics tools such as Hotjar or Google Analytics.
\nUnderstanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks for collaborative design and development.
\nEducation
\nA bachelor s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
\nExperience
\n3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered designs across multiple platforms.
