    • Lead, motivate, and drive the frontline sales executive team to achieve and exceed revenue targets across assigned territories, segmented by product lines and market segments.

  3. Revenue & Collection Management: \n

    • Ensure timely payment collection adhering strictly to the MYKL credit policy to maintain healthy cash flows.
    • \n
  4. \n
  5. New Channel Development: \n
      \n
    • Identify, evaluate, and appoint high-potential new outlets and channel partners in existing and emerging towns to expand market presence.
    • \n
  6. \n
  7. Existing Channel Management: \n
      \n
    • Strengthen relationships with primary and secondary channel partners through effective retention strategies and growth initiatives.
    • \n
    • Support partners in achieving their sales targets and overall business development.
    • \n
  8. \n
  9. Market Penetration: \n
      \n
    • Strategically penetrate new towns and increase numeric and weighted reach in line with MYKL guidelines.
    • \n

  11. Influencer & Loyalty Program Management: \n
      \n
    • Monitor, analyze, and enhance the effectiveness of loyalty programs and promotional schemes targeted at channel influencers.
    • \n

  13. Product & Market Expansion: \n

    • Promote full product range sales and support new product launches to maximize market penetration.

  15. Market Insight & Competition Analysis: \n
      \n
    • Conduct thorough competition analysis and product benchmarking to provide actionable market insights and bolster stakeholder confidence.

  17. Market Working Standards: \n

    • Ensure field operations comply with DRCP (Dealer Retail Coverage Plan) and maintain frequency norms for optimal market coverage.

  19. Scheme Management: \n

    • Plan, implement, and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual promotional schemes to meet and exceed business objectives.

  21. Lead Management System (LMS): \n

    • Review and analyze the LMS weekly to optimize lead conversion and increase sales productivity.

  23. Vacant Territory Performance: \n
      \n
    • Oversee and ensure that vacant territories perform efficiently to meet budgeted targets.

  25. ROI Evaluation: \n
