\nRole Overview-
\nWe are looking for a Customer Success Executive to support clients in their day-to-day use of Digitap products. The role involves handling client queries, assisting with onboarding activities, investigating reported issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and a seamless client experience.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues. \n
- Investigate reported concerns and perform initial troubleshooting. \n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. \n
- Support onboarding and implementation activities as required. \n
- Guide clients on product usage and expected behaviour. \n
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and issue updates. \n
- Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on client requests and concerns. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. \n
- 0–2 years of experience in customer success, product support, technical support, operations, or similar client-facing roles. \n
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON structures. \n
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman will be an advantage. \n
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory. \n
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset. \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams. \n
