Job Description

• Knowledge of 3D Modelling in Solid Works / UGNX

• Knowledge of Preparation of Engineering drawings from 3D Model
\n
• Knowledge of Design calculations
\n
• Report preparation in Excel and Word
\n
• knowledge of GD&T and Welding processes, Welding Symbols etc
\n
• Basic knowledge of Ansys / any FEA tool
\n
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and preparation of PPTs
\n
• Knowledge of studying customer documents and preparation of technical proposals
\n
• New product development (NPD)
\n
• DFM & DFA
\n
• Design Codes: Ensure designs adhere to Trilateral, Euro Code, and international design codes
\n
• Connections: Design and evaluate welded, riveted, and bolted connections for structural components.
\n
• Structural Mechanics:
\n
• Apply principles of structural mechanics to optimize design
\n
• Material Knowledge: Utilize high strength steel and Aluminium, Composite materials in bridge designs, ensuring
\n
• Compliance with relevant standards
