- Role: Project Manager - Site \n

- Overall accountability for project execution as per scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters. Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategies. \n
- Lead cross-functional site teams including construction, engineering, planning, QA/QC, EHS, and administration. Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions. \n
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and regulatory requirements. Foster strong coordination with design, procurement, and external consultants for seamless execution. \n
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors. Review and approve construction methodologies and work sequences. \n
- Drive daily and weekly review meetings with internal teams and external agencies. Track and manage budgets, cost variances, and ensure effective control of site expenditures. \n
- Cross-Functional Site Teams: For effective execution coordination across departments. \n
- Design & Technical Teams: For resolution of technical queries and design issues. \n
- Clients / Consultants / Regulators: For progress reporting, approvals, and compliance checks. \n
- Contractors / Vendors / Agencies: For execution planning, coordination, and performance review. \n
- Minimum Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech – Civil or equivalent discipline \n
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, Hindi, and local language \n
- Years of Experience: 20–25 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects \n
- Nature of Experience: Proven leadership in end-to-end execution of industrial, infrastructure, or large commercial projects. Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, quality, and safety standards. Experience in handling multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple contractors/vendors. \n
